Leah and Rachel

Rachel is my boss. She's the one on the right. Leah was an intern from Maryland. This canoe had overturned in the middle of the lake. The people were taken back to shore safely, but the canoe had taken on too much water. Leah and Rachel had to hold the boat to keep it from sinking. I brought out buckets to bail out the canoe, then we tied it off to one of our boats and dragged it back in. Fun day. Leah's last too before going back to school

Found him in the middle of the lake. Later that day I paddled to one end of the lake, Fairholme, where I met a seventy year old man named Jack whom had been bicycling since Iowa. Up through Canada and now back down to Southern California to see his daughter.
